End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software/service.

2. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer or modify our software
• Use must comply with all applicable laws

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. We retain ownership of all rights, title, and interest.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply.

5. Disclaimer

Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
