Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the "intro indiamart" software on their
Bitrix24 according to the terms outlined in the agreement.
Restrictions:
Users are prohibited from modifying, distributing, or using the software for commercial purposes without
explicit permission. Reverse engineering or attempting to alter the software is also not allowed.
Intellectual Property and Ownership:
Rajlaxmi Solution Pvt Ltd retains ownership of the software, including any modifications. Users are not
granted ownership rights but are given a license to use the software.
Termination:
The agreement is effective from the date of first use and can be terminated by the user or Rajlaxmi
Solution Pvt Ltd. Termination may occur if the user fails to comply with the terms of the agreement.
Governing Law:
The EULA is subject to the laws of My Country india.
This EULA ensures clarity on the rights and responsibilities of both the software provider (Rajlaxmi
Solution Pvt Ltd) and the end user. Users are encouraged to read and understand the agreement before
installing and using the "intro indiamart" software.
